My grandma had a leaking valve in her heart, but she is all better now! Well kinda. She struggled for a bit after the surgery and worried us all. We feel so blessed for all the prayers and well wishes that helped push us all along through the weekend. The doctors were able to repair the valve rather than having to replace it. Grandma just got off the ventilator this morning and is sitting up in bed now. She will have a long trek in front of her during the healing process, but we're hoping she will be able to go marathon shopping with us all again in no time.
